Walk & Talk Therapy

Walk and Talk Therapy combines traditional therapy with the physical exercise of walking. The client receives the benefit from talk therapy, while at the same time receiving the benefits of physical exercise—a powerful two-in-one treatment. It is a natural, holistic approach that releases endorphins and strengthens the connection between the mind and body and can help to:

  • Reduce tension and anxiety
  • Improve mood
  • Increase energy
  • Cope with stress
  • Improve sleep
  • Increase feelings of well-being
  • Improve self-image

Walk and Talk Therapy sessions are conducted outdoors while walking around the Rose Bowl in Pasadena, CA or the Chandler Bike Path in Burbank, CA.
