About Therapist

I have been working in the fields of counseling and education since 1998.  Over the years, I have done therapy in a variety of settings, and I came to learn that the traditional talk therapy in an office setting is not always right for everyone.  I truly believe in the benefits of Walk and Talk Therapy as an alternative form of therapy to help people metaphorically and literally “move forward” in their lives. Life is full of ups and downs, and everyone goes through times in their life when they struggle.  It is my passion to listen, support and help people through these times and to help them experience positive changes. Because of my experience and expertise in Walk and Talk Therapy, I recently published an information ebook, Walk and Talk Therapy: A Therapist’s Guide, which is an A to Z guide to help other mental health professionals in integrating Walk and Talk Therapy into their professional practice.
